As a part of the marine engineering equipment, the anchor winch is a machine for lifting and dropping anchors, and used as a winch. Generally, large-tonnage marine engineering equipment are mainly hydraulic anchor winches.
Hengli has always been involved in the field of windlass. For example, we had a project that cooperated with CNOOC, we provided auxiliary hydraulic cylinders with better performance for the roller ram winch of the project based on the humid and corrosive working environment in the South China Sea, and the large temperature difference between 0-40℃.

The stressed parts of the hydraulic cylinder have undergone finite element analysis. According to the analysis results, corresponding structural optimizations are made for stress concentration points to improve product life. Moreover, a ceramic coating is sprayed on the surface of the piston rod by plasma spraying or supersonic flame spraying to achieve high corrosion resistance and high wear resistance. With higher-strength materials, better sealing, and the lowest temperature that can withstand up to -10°C, the hydraulic cylinder fully meets the customer's requirements for a service life of 30 years.
